3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use

5. Bookings and Payments

5.1 Making a Booking

When you make a booking, you are entering into a contract with Lime Street. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT where applicable. Additional fees such as cleaning fees, service charges, and security deposits will be clearly displayed before booking confirmation.

5.3 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
  • Security deposits may be required and will be refunded within 7 days of checkout, subject to property inspection
  • Late payments may result in booking cancellation

6. Guest Responsibilities

As a guest, you agree to:

  • Use the property only for lawful purposes
  • Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in your booking
  • Treat the property and its contents with care
  • Follow all house rules provided for the property
  • Not smoke in properties unless explicitly permitted
  • Not bring pets unless the property is listed as pet-friendly
  • Not host events or parties without prior written approval
  • Respect neighbours and maintain reasonable noise levels
  • Report any damage or issues promptly

7. Property Condition

All properties are professionally cleaned before arrival. While we strive to ensure accuracy in our listings, minor variations may occur. If you find any discrepancies or issues upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can resolve them.

8. Check-in and Check-out

  • Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM
  • Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges
  • Keys must be returned as instructed; lost keys may result in lock replacement charges

9. Damages and Liability

You are responsible for any damage caused to the property during your stay, excluding normal wear and tear. Damages will be assessed after checkout, and repair costs may be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your payment method.

Lime Street is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by our negligence.

10. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Please review the policy carefully before making a booking, as cancellation terms may vary depending on the property and booking type.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lime Street website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lime Street or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lime Street shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lime Street, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your use of our services.

14. Force Majeure

Lime Street shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or utility failures.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
